About The Local Word of Mouth

At The Local Word of Mouth, we are attempting to make good by tracking problems with companies that have a history of bad service, or simply ripping people off. We are also tracking those companies that actually cause praise for their services and / or product. In any case, it's a win / win situation here.

Typically, we only receive emails from people who have problems with a company. Every company will start off with a neutral rating, and based on the amount of comments whether positive or negative, it will put them in the green or in the red.

We will try to keep everything fair and reasonable, and we will also be making sure all submissions are from people, and not some 'program' generated to auto submit good / bad reviews.
